  • User : any person or entity using the Service via the plugin.

These GTU are valid for an indefinite period from the first use of the Service. The User may cease to use the Service at any time. EA Lab reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in the event of non-compliance with the GTU.

12. Applicable law - Jurisdiction

These TOS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent French courts.
